Standard Undergraduate Application
If you are a *CURRENT* high school student enrolling in a dual credit, concurrent credit, or early college program, select Early College Application.
Early College Application
If you are seeking to enroll in a training, professional education, or Continuing Education program, select Continuing Education / Workforce Development Application.

Continuing Education / Workforce Development Application
Fill out the 3+1 application for your intended 3+1 program. You must have completed an undergraduate application and earned at least 45 college credits prior to completing this application. If you have taken a class with us before, you're not required to fill out another undergraduate application.

Three Plus One Application
Welcome to the 2026 Nursing Selection Process

Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, March 2, 2026, and must be submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026. No exceptions will be made.

Please have the following items ready for submission

Applications must submit one complete application with all required documentation. Multiple submissions will not be considered
A $25 non-refundable processing fee is required
Transcripts of Pre-requisite courses (English Composition I, General Psychology, Principles of Sociology, and Human Anatomy & Physiology I - with grades of C or higher)
Official TEAS scores
Proof of High School Completion
Proof of residency
